Apartment Price/Distribution of Prices:

The Apartment prices range from NRs. 4.5 million to NRs. 5.7 million. The prices are based on the type of apartment and its position with reference to the vertical and horizontal plane i.e. floor level, east or west & north or south facing and as per the distribution of sunlight.

Mode of Payment:

• 25% at the time of booking
• 75% at the time of handover

Availability of Finance:

In order to choose the 56 families from a wider pool, Ace Finance Co. Ltd. has arranged for a finance facility for the purchase of the apartments. For those who meet credit requirement.

The Financing Scheme:

• Loan Amount : Maximum up to 75% of the Apartment Price.
• Interest Rate: 11% p.a. on diminishing loan balance (subject to renewal every year end)
• Tenure of the loan: 15 years maximum
• Repayment:
  • Interest to be paid monthly
  • Principal payment:
    • Fixed periodical payment
    • Accelerated payment
• Flexible Payment with specified minimum/maximum.
