The Ace Investments Company Ltd. (AIC) was established on Shrawan 30, 2053 B.S. with a basic objective of developing well planned plots, residential houses, apartments, office and commercial complexes, for out right sale or lease. AIC is a subsidiary of Ace Finance Company (AFCL), a leading finance company in Nepal. AFCL was established in August 1995 with primary objective of serving the nation's economic growth through active involvement in the financial sector development. The company by virtue of its unparalleled service quality, innovative products and highest business ethics has earned a distinct place of recognition and respect in the market.

The key promoters of AFCL include prominent bankers and industrialists, who have dedicated their careers in various fields towards revolutionizing the concept of banking, finance and industry in Nepal. They come from wide and diverse background and are leading entrepreneurs or professionals in their own respective fields. The key promoters are:

Yogendra Shakya, a prominent figure in the tourism industry in Nepal. He is a former president of Hotel Association Nepal. He is also the chairman of hotel and tourism sill testing sub committee and the Managing Director of Hotel Ambassador, Marcopolo Business Hotel, Club Himalaya, to name a few. He has been not only closely associated with AFCL from it's inception but has been a key player in its success. He is currently the chairman of AFCL.

Prithvi Bahadur Pandey, has about two decades of illustrious career in banking. He is a former Chief Executive Officer of Himalayan Bank Limited. He was also the chairman of the Banker's Association of Nepal and was bestowed the "Manager of the Year" award for the year 1994 by Management Association of Nepal for the management and growth of Himalayan Bank Limited. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Director of Nepal Investment Bank Limited (formerly Nepal Indosuez Bank Ltd.).

Rajib Raj Bhandari, Proprietor and CEO of Mercantile Traders, the premier office automation in Nepal. Young and dynamic, he is actively involved in various businesses and is a director of Himal Media, Pumori Agro Forestry Industries Pvt. Ltd., Butwal Power Company Ltd. etc to name a few.

Ajay Ghimire, who has over ten years of very resourceful experience in the banking industry in Nepal. He is a graduate of MIT Sloan School of Management (USA). He held the position of Assistant General Manager at Nabil Bank, a leading joint venture bank in Nepal, before he assumed the responsibility of the Chief Executive of AFCL in 1995. He has made a significant contribution in raising the company to its current position.

On the executive management front, Siddhant Raj Pandey, Executive Director of Ace Finance Co. Ltd. and Ace Investment Co. Ltd., is also a promoter and has joined after serving in Merill Lynch at Riggl Bank in Europe. He heads the team at AFCL and AICL.
